Best Warmup for Running

Hey RIF REVers,

Got to Albert Park Parkrun recently and just wanted to show you a really good little dynamic warmup that you can do before runs. Remember your static stretches are your after run recovery component, research is indicating the dynamic stretches are best pre run. Before a race you might get a bit more complex with run throughs etc. but often time is your enemy so Ang takes you through a really cool simple routine. Fast and effective. Albert Parkrunners see if you can see yourself!
