We are getting everyone ready for their long runs at the moment and I wanted quickly talk about your preparation from a strength perspective. Core strength gets talked about a lot and to me it’s all about having postural strength and most importantly being able to activate key muscles while you run. So in this video Ang takes you through a quick core strength warm up program for before a run. Dancers use this type of strategy a lot for form and technique and it’s important you start to engage muscles and get them firing before you get going. Comfy at all times guys.
