Great to catch up with Lisa from The Conscious Runner this morning for her podcast series. Will let you all know when it goes up. We are getting everyone ready for their long runs at the moment and I wanted quickly talk about your preparation from a strength perspective. Core strength gets talked about a lot and to me it’s all about having postural strength and most importantly being able to activate key muscles while you run. So in this video Ang takes you through a quick core strength warm up program for before a run. Dancers use this type of strategy a lot for form and technique and it’s important you start to engage muscles and get them firing before you get going. Comfy at all times guys.
