Stopping all of my injuries ultimately came from me changing my views on injuries - how they're formed and why.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN????Well, I realised, that we've been upright - walking and running - for two million years. However, injuries have only started to become injured so regularly in recent times! There are many reasons for this, of which I will most likely share my views in the future, but ultimately, INJURIES ARE FORMED FROM THINGS THAT WE DO WRONG.
It ultimately was the creation of my running philosophy that RUNNING DOESN'T CAUSE INJURIES, RUNNING WRONG DOES.
For years I had shin splints and ITB and I thought 'poor me'. I thought I was the unfortunate wrong. Then I started thinking that, if that was the case, why have people run for millions of years without such issues.
I started experimenting with how I move and realised I could change how I moved and issues went away, before I new it i had no pain at all!!!!!!
