Hey RIF REVers!

One of the first things you want to take care of as a runner is your length up front! No laughing guys…I’m serious. Not all of us were born with a beautiful Kenyan stride and even the Kenyan’s want to keep working on it!

The facts are that most runners don’t even think about optimising the length through the front of the body and it can be a real limiter for speed, endurance and is a major black cloud when it comes to injuries. Tackling length can get really complex and we will explore heaps of different strategies.

In this video I want to introduce you to the concept and show you how to get going with targeting your length issues up front. Stay comfy at all times everyone. This is just the start! William Wragg, fresh from completing his 50 marathons in 50 days is going to take you through some running technique secrets next and I will catch you later in the week.

Hey RIF REVers!

Paul here - I'm very excited today to announce the launch of the Running Injury Free Revolution! 

As a physio for over 18 years, I have seen thousands of runners getting injured and even stop running as a result of not having access to information that could have prevented pain and injury early. 

I believe every runner deserves the right to stay running forever! My goal is to run well into my 80’s and 90’s and I want that for you too. To actually do that, you’re not going to be able to just leave it to chance, you’re going to need information on the secrets of running technique, injury prevention, muscle release skills and strength strategies. So the Body Leadership team are going to provide you with three videos a week over the next 12 months to empower runners to run forever and create a Running Injury Free Revolution (RIF REV as we have coined it!)
