One of the first things you want to take care of as a runner is your length up front! No laughing guys…I’m serious. Not all of us were born with a beautiful Kenyan stride and even the Kenyan’s want to keep working on it!
The facts are that most runners don’t even think about optimising the length through the front of the body and it can be a real limiter for speed, endurance and is a major black cloud when it comes to injuries. Tackling length can get really complex and we will explore heaps of different strategies.
In this video I want to introduce you to the concept and show you how to get going with targeting your length issues up front. Stay comfy at all times everyone. This is just the start!
