Friday, May 30, 2014

Hey RIF REVers,

It takes years to run as fast an Olympian or a World record holder however, to move in a way that resembles them technically, with equal efficiency can occur in as little as 30 minutes.

This video shows these simple changes and how they appear lined up next to a multi-world recorder holder.

There is a notion that running is about fitness and conditioning, explicitly. Which is ironic as the more relaxed you are often the less you're muscles are working, the more fluid you will appear and the greater the efficiency.

Check it out guys and remember, regardless of how you run now, you could move like an elite runner in no time.

Use at your own risk and stop if you experience any pain or discomfort.
