Will aims to provide you with advice and guidance to help you meet your personal targets for running (both on flat surfaces and on hills) whilst remaining injury free.
1 on 1 Session

If you and a friend are training for an event, have a specific injury or goal you want to reach our 2 people session provides you and a friend with individual attention and feedback on you're running technique and how small adjustments can help you both run more efficiently, without pain and prevent injury.
Small Group Session - 4 people
If you have a small group of friends wanting to learn more about running injury free or are needing a refresher course, after completing one of Will's other workshops, our small group sessions are a great way to learn more about how to improve your technique in a group setting.

How long does it take to become an Injury Free Runner?
Becoming an injury free runner is something that people sometimes naturally take to within a day or it can take a few weeks of practise. The great thing is, the methods are simple and the information is provided in a way that is easy to digest so you will see improvements immediately!
What will I learn within an Injury Free Running Session?
The sessions will not only allow you to understand about how you move and the impacts this will have on your body, but also, how you could change your running style to run faster, more effortlessly, both pain and injury free. We will teach you the basics on how to run using gravity, how to optimise your respiratory and nervous system, and will give you the education of how the body works as we run in line with staving off all common running injuries as you run; preventing a pain from becoming an injury. Common injuries we educate you on include but are not limited to:
- Shin splints
- Achilles tendonitis
- Runner's knee
- DOMS (next day pains) )
- Iliotibial band syndrome (ITBS)
- Shoulder aches and pains
- Neck aches and pains

What will be included in an Injury Free Running Session?
A first session will always explain the basics from how to move as well as postural and physiological optimisation from the feet right up to the top of the head. Following this section, each session will be tailored to your needs and may include but is not limited to: injury prevention strategies, how to run hills, the importance of knowing how to transition, how to generate speed using your body, and gait analysis using a running analysis application.
